The staff at Carbon Hotel were exceptionally friendly and made me feel welcome. I particularly enjoyed the gourmet meals at the Michelin restaurant, where each dish was delightful and service was impeccable. My deluxe room was spacious and designed with a modern flair.

Cleaning could be improved.

We had a cracking time! The staff were pure brilliant, giving us a lovely upgrade. The spacious room was decorated in a braw style, and the breakfast with its scrumptious selection was a proper treat. One wee downside was the dodgy shower light, but honestly, we loved it!
